On November 11, 2011 at 11:11:11 AM Glen Beck was 'on the air' at Rush Radio and whipping up the frenzy with his audience. I heard the wacko on the air laughing and joking as if he was innocent of the actions of a madman.
Why is it that the Arizona assassin was a Right Wing Wacko that found his validity for violence in extremist rants identical to those of Becks'.
I don't care if these people are deranged with mental illness, it only speaks to the abilities of Mr. Beck and his programming.
More than odd. More than very, very odd. More than coincidence.
...On the face of it, (click here) The War of the Worlds should have had no greater effect on the listening public than the previous broadcasts, which is to say, none at all, but Welles and his writer Howard Koch were planning something special this particular night, and though it is a matter of considerable debate if they actually intended to create the subsequent uproar and near panic, it was undoubtedly their very novel dramatic device that did much of the damage....
Interestingly, I have to reach back decades to find such a horrific program that defines irresponsible radio broadcasts, but, The Mercury Theater had a history of creating terror. But, then again, so does Beck. The Mercury Theater changed the story to Grover's Mills, New Jersey rather than maintaining it in a country across the ocean. There is responsible media and their is completely careless media. I do believe I have made myself clear in regard to Beck.
