Kavanaugh has no moral content that he brings to his judgeship now. He is an obvious partisan and has a poor temperament. He also harassed his female law clerks in demanding a physical attractiveness standard when they are hired. He is not suitable for a judgeship at all. 

Judges to the Supreme Court are decided on their moral character. No one expects criminality to be a part of their past or present. Kavanaugh’s actions in the past has a depraved criminality to it. It just does when revealed by others.
