Antarctica
In animation, at 3:00 AM the entire ice continent is above zero celcius.
Dome C has the lowest temperature of -27 Fahrenheit (click on) while Vostok is coming in at -23 Fahrenheit with a humidity of 44% which is a marginal improvement over last week.
The warmest is Davis 68.58S 77.97E, Antarctica at only a temperate 38 Fahrenheit but with a 63% humidity.
On average there is some temperate balance across the continent. At the extremes of high and low tempertures still exist the adverse effects of Human Induced Global Warming / Climate Change.
