It isn’t just North Carolina. The entire East Coast of the USA is receiving enormous amounts of rain and wind. Alaska is facing similar circumstances with at least 20 people missing and others dead. Additionally, Southern California is facing rains and wind tomorrow. There are States of Emergency all over the country as enormous storms collapse infrastructure and kill Americans.
Where is FEMA? Obviously not pre-deployed strategically to protect American lives!
