These are not “Sissy” observations.

These experts have no interest in politics. They have a legal practice and know what they are talking about. Being a president or Prime Minister within sovereign land and out of reach doesn’t mean it is okay.

It is completely wrong to order an entire military to kill and destroy just because it is possible. In the face of civil methods to end conflict and preserve life ordering a military to move against others is barbaric.

Belligerence must be replaced with trust. Those are not the words of fools. The USA is capable of greatness outside the realm of violence. 

Human existence is not guaranteed by the death of an entire population of others.
