THEY ARE DOING AGAIN.
Never before has the UN demanded that Wilfred Richard relinquish his ID documents for “a medical review.” Not an
Identification review, a medical review. Supposedly, they have to find and review every journal article he wrote and every patient he ever treated.
Wilfred’s patients were in third world countries. I mean you have got to be joking. He has cared for those never cared for by any other human being including in Somalia.

He is being escorted by his guard team to villages in Somalia. The picture was taken by one of the guards. You mean to tell me 30 years of records in the most remote areas in the world have to be validated before he has his ID credentials back and he is allowed to travel to UN Headquarters, sign off his contracts, and receive control of his accounts?
That is abuse of power at the UN. They know where he is and that he is alive but it is demanded he maintain his residence this time in Frankfurt, Germany while the UN grinds away at ancient medical records. Those records are no longer anywhere. Medical records in the First World are only required to be maintained for ten years. If that long.
Wilfred Richard is destitute but yet the UN states if he leaves the hotel he can’t pay for, all bets are off and he is declared dead again.
But, get this, as soon as he is in NYC they will reimburse his expenses of his detention. That is interesting since the UN has control over every dime he owns before he was declared by them as dead.
I don’t know who these bastards are, but, they could teach Donald Trump a few tricks.
Wilfred needs a lawyer, but, that is difficult to pay for when he has no access to his own money or a legal ID.
This is a picture of him about six months ago. He is standing outside a famous tourist attraction in Stuttgart.
He weighs about 170 pounds. That is the thinnest I have seen him after he was hospitalized for at least a month. The UN was completely knowledgeable of his hospitalization. They didn’t give a damn what he has been going through. I don’t think he was declared dead yet in that picture. Wilfred is at least 6 foot tall. It is obvious how thin he is.
Wilfred needs to have his ID credentials returned to him and board a plane flight he already has paid for. NOW and not when some damn bureaucrats finish making excuses to stand between him and his assets.

You will never meet a kinder or gentler man than Dr. Wilfred Richard.He is currently being detained at the Hotel Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany supposedly for a medical review. Wilfred has worked all his life to the United Nations as an Orthopedic Surgeon. He was supposed to get on a air transport last weekend and fly to JFK to then ride to the United Nations Headquarters to settle any and all accounts and then go about a private life at the age of 50 something.
This repeated scenario has happened for three years. Every time Wilfred is about to board a jet for New York he is arrested by UN guards of some kind, his credentials are taken, they take any money he has in him and then turn him loose to live penniless and homeless. THREE YEARS. The only thing that stands between him and the danger of homelessness again is me. He has no money to pay his hotel bill as all his assets were frozen by the UN before he went to Somalia. His assets are still frozen.
The United Nations knows he is alive and destitute. They have known that for three long years. His identity was stolen in Somalia where he was injured in a vehicle accident after escaping the compound in Mogadishu, Somalia. He has been hospitalized twice in his plight over the past three years after making it to Europe.
After two years of being literally nobody Tim the real world he was declared dead. He has no idea what has transpired with his assets held by the United Nations either.
He was able to make to Stuttgart and the barracks there. He had served with NATO so he was recognized and his identity was returned to him. It was at the barracks where he paid for a flight home. All was good until someone at the United Nations decided he could not move forward to settle all accounts at the World Headquarters in NYC.
Wilfred is safe at the Hotel Frankfurt for the time being. Someone at the United Nations needs to get off their ass and clear him to fly while booking a flight on a transport and paying his damn hotel bill!
GERMAN authorities need to begin an investigation into the nefarious activities surrounding this man.
