What?

How much did Hernandez pay Trump for his pardon? This negates any war on drugs. Hernandez was paid to protect drug shipments and Trump says he was treated unfairly? What happened to all the Americans that die every day because of Venezuelan shipments? Because it was Hernandez protecting the shipments the conviction is unfair? I am certain Hernandez has plenty of drug profits to pay well for his pardon.

Out of the question.

We are the USA military and not soldiers of fortune. Lithuania is a NATO partner and Article 5 has already been invoked. This price gouging for USA presence is exploitation. On one hand Trump is courting Putin to increase Russia’s push into Ukraine thinking Trump is in his back pocket, and then when NATO borders are being impinged by Russia, Trump decides to charge for USA services. Absolutely not in any capacity.

The USA takes care of its own. There is no invoice for their service when allies are in need. That is outrageous. There is a reason why a percentage of GDP is required in the alliance. I don’t care if Lithuania is up to date on their percentage GDP or not; Lithuania is not to be held hostage when the alliance is in need.

The USA has been appreciative of those that helped the military during war. It is wrong to have a knee jerk reaction to violence Trump has inspired.

Trump’s folly

Every time something goes wrong in the country involving immigrants Trump will blame the law and seek more authority to justify his abhorrence of the USA Constitution.

He will not abide by the law and remove the National Guard as ordered. He will seek to inflame the circumstances and continue to attack the law and judges. 

He will never reassess.

He has no reason to blame the law as he ordered new legislation defeated last year so he can play god.

USA Immigration Policy

The law of the land is the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

It is the very sound basis of USA immigration. It has been amended over the decades but it was enacted in 1952. So while amendments are always interesting the MISSION of the LAW is to FACILITATE immigration INCLUDING bringing families together, and enforcement of immigration law.

While the six pansies of the Supreme Court seem to think deportations “at will” is constitutional that is incorrect through stare decisis. 

The USA immigration law has existed more than 70 years. It takes an act of Congress to completely change the law. Banning Third World countries is more lawlessness intended to impress those scared after the assassination attempts of two national guard members. It is a “hero worship syndrome” Trump is attempting to carry out. Father knows best and he has the power to make it happen.

Shooting people in the head is inflicting permanent injury leading to death. Assassinations. One has been successful and the other is clinging to life with hopes of consciousness and a return to his family. His life will never be the same and recovery is lengthy. Their lives were affected while on active duty.

Congress needs to resume a return to adopting a new immigration law, but, if they do not that means stare decisis still reigns including decades of law that encouraged immigration including uniting or reuniting families.

Immigration lawyers have long standing law to justify their practice. That is why Trump is attempting to intimidate them. The law is on their side.

Venezuela

Trump has created a war theater with Venezuela to refuse NATO. He can’t and at a time when it appears NATO needs us most he is pretending a peace plan will actually happen between Russia and Ukraine allowing him to justify his planned assault on Venezuela. 

Trump is an ex-patriot in a seat of power used to the detriment of the USA Constitution.

More lawlessness.

Russia is assaulting NATO borders. The last thing our ALLIES in Europe need is Trump behaving badly. But, he doesn’t care. He has a lawless agenda that involves attacking an ally. That is completely unconscionable.

The same dynamics exist with our neighbor to the north, Canada. We will never invade them.

These are two wonderful allies that love democracy as much as we do. Trump has been and continues to be the most horrendous president this country has ever experienced. He continues to build tensions domestically seeking control of the 2026 elections. 

The demolition of the East Wing of the White House is a declaration of permanence as Trump’s place of residence. He is moving Maralogo to the White House because he can’t afford the Florida estate when he leaves DC power brokerage. He has been assailing universities and companies to increase his wealth which is completely against the law. All those intimidation tactics will end when he leaves power. His plan is to make power brokering his domain from the White House forever. He is a sick man.

Two West Virginians were shot under Trump.

Now one has died. This is not about immigration or when the murderer entered the country or when he received a green card. This is about the lawlessness of the Trump administration and the element of fear instilled by the son of a bitch. Trump broke the domestic peace in this country and is pitting American against “the other.”  

January 6th insurrection began a campaign of hate by Trump to find what sticks to the wall. It started then and continued through today.
