Speaking of Putin, his latest accolades about Ukraine is that a democratic process was once carried out in the areas Russia wants to plant their flag. According to Putin these referendums should be honored as a way to let the world know this is what the people want.
I know there was a corrupt process in Crimea that allowed Putin to claim the island at a time when the Ukrainian military was dismantled by Yanukovych.
But, at this late date Putin is pulling an old democratic process out of his hat. This is a man that has among the most corrupt democratic processes in the world and assassinated the Russian opposition’s candidate. All Putin states is propaganda, nothing he demands matters.
