Prohibiting judicial review? Isn’t that to limit or prevent lawsuits? How much of that corruption is laced into the House budget? Increasing fees? Any fee increase anywhere in the bill will inhibit the activity where the fee is imposed.
I am concerned about the wording activity as well as the spending.
I think prevention of Judicial review is unconstitutional, but, that alone will take time to work through the courts before any lawsuit can be filed. Are monies being spent while lawsuits are working their way through the courts?
Is the corruption in the bill so thick that the budget itself can be stopped at all from proceeding in actual spending? That probably can only be litigated after Trump signs it.
Basically, can the public force the spending to be resurrected from any and all corruption?
Are there financial settlements for all discharged employees under Trump’s excoriated federal government? That is what is so astounding about the huge deficit. I thought the reduced size of the federal government due to Musk’s activities with DoGE was supposed to address the size of the deficit and not increase it.
Increase in any fees is an additional income to the $3.8 trillion deficit? Makes no sense. What is the actual size of the budget and not just the deficit?
