Will Texas House District 95 continue to exist?
There is a larger picture with the silencing of a black woman State Representative. The district is primarily middle to upper middle class. The district as it is organized today is 18.6 Caucasian or as Texans would say it Anglo. The Texas legislature is most likely going to destroy this beautifully successful minority district.
Texas State District 95 has a population of greater than 27 million. Rep. Collier did a great job for them.
It would appear the leadership in tgg he e Texas House is full of hubris rather than governance. That is typical with Trump. He likes his minions to have a full head of steam since his dreams require breaking the law just enough to attempt to achieve his goal. We all know the past few elections clearly illustrated a Texas turning Blue.
Trump is afraid his take over of the U.S. Constitution won’t happen in time. It is amazing to watch grown men conspire to destroy the greatest democracy in the world. Make no mistake, that is their goal.
Every Republican in Texas wants to see the end of the democratic governance of this country.
One might ask why. It is all foolishness.

Dead children?
The social content CREATING these monsters is well known. The USA is NOT protecting their children.
Violent nihilism or any other form of promoted violence is illegal, especially with young people under 18 years old.
I thought electronic signatures were absolute proof of the device sending a message. Why is it websites like this exist? It is not freedom of speech when sexual exploitation and promoted violence is the content. This is not legal commerce. The internet of any kind is commerce as people pay a user fee. These violent perpetrators can be identified with their electronic signatures and should be immediately prosecuted and prohibited from ever using electronic media again. A judge can sentence the prohibition of internet access when a crime has been committed. With such a sentence perpetrators can be immediately arrested when they return to continued use of the internet.
These interventions to protect the children of the USA from death should be the easiest measure any law enforcement agent can carry out leading to prosecution. My understanding of an electronic signature is that it is rock solid. So, what is the problem?
It is all illegal mischief.
The parties involved should sue. Malicious intent. Include Trump personally in the lawsuit.
Trump’s criminality is grossly inappropriate. He acts deliberately criminal. The occurrence of his criminality is known to him. He is not an innocent man getting tripped up in circumstances beyond his control because he acted as president. Trump’s criminality is contemplated. When his acts are personally executed for no particular purpose except that he can get away with it, and/or Trump may personally benefit from those criminal acts, levers of powers against him should be applied.
The Supreme Court stated a president can’t be prosecuted for illegal acts. It has nothing to do with financial liability of those illegal acts.
Those Supreme Court parameters can inly be upheld when the illegal act is on USA soil. Diplomatic immunity is not absolute.
In 99 percent of his time in office Trump is a bad actor.
USAID funding was upheld by the courts as an act of Congress as a humanitarian effort. USA foreign policy includes humanitarian intent. When Trump is withholding appropriated funds it is harmful to the recipient. Trump is doing damage. These are not monies to cover repairs of an
obsolete aircraft that is best used for parts. Although he is intentionally flying repaired, but, dilapidated jets in the military. But, these monies make a difference with human beings and their survival. If these monies are to go to the people of Gaza for humanitarian relief, God help him.
Shoot ‘em down.
Donny doesn’t want to admit Russia has begun a “Special Military Operation” against NATO and primarily the USA.
It doesn’t matter who sent drones that actually could be a booby trap if attacked over NATO airspace. If it is in NATO airspace and is not armed to explode, take ‘em down.
Putin wants a war with NATO. Putin has been pushing his boundaries since attacking a USA factory in Ukraine. It is an American asset and requires attention from the President. Russia needs to be told openly they have gone too far and if not stopped will be met with resistance.
Putin opened the door to a greater conflict with his brinkmanship. It needs to stop. This is pure, classic Putin while Trump lives in denial his Nobel Prize ambitions are defeated by a Russian he considered a friend. Putin doesn’t have friends. Putin has a hate greater than any in the world. That is all he and his communists have.
The communists always get it wrong. Always. They build weapons that can destroy the Earth and leaves them no place to live. China creates dams for reservoirs that change the rotation of the very planet where it exists and laughs about it. It seeks to create wind turbines bigger than the tensile strength of the material it is constructed. Putin wants the Soviet Union back when it couldn’t survive in the first place only this time is going to be different because he is going to commit genocide of every human being except Russian speaking people.
They always get it wrong. Go big or go home. That’s the communist motto. They never figure big isn’t better.
Putin went to Alaska to laugh at the Free World. He should have been arrested and taken to The Hague. Now, that would have stopped the war. Instead, Putin stood on USA soil in defiance of human rights and charges of genocide and laughed all the way home.
Trump is no kind of president. Hell, he doesn’t even want you to be president. His ambition is king. Donny is all ego bigger than Putin biggest bombs. He can’t help but get it wrong.
