“Original Sin”

That is the name of the book about Former President Joe Biden. I have a great deal of respect for the authors. I feel confident this was a book the authors felt they had to write. Perhaps they are correct.

I listened to the article on NPR about the new book about cognitive decline of the former president. Something struck me as odd. It was the fact the Former President would fatigue at a specific time of day. This is not about questioning the author’s credentials or their intent. I believe the author’s have the best of intentions for the country.

If I may? I have a thought about what was occurring. I also want to end the conflict between the authors and politicos. There is a truth, no different than with Reagan and it is the truth that needs to be brought to the surface.

Also, the Former President is diagnosed with a serious cancer. Please stop stating there is some kind of underhanded scheme to diminish the importance of the book. I don’t believe that. Former President Biden is a devout Catholic and at a time in his life when he maybe facing a very difficult fight with cancer he is not lying. The Former First Family is simply informing Americans of Joe’s health problems. I refuse to believe at this delicate time there is anything sinister going on.

I am looking forward to the book “Original Sin” coming out tomorrow. I also have a perspective that may enhance understanding.

There is a syndrome known as Sundowning (click here). The way Joe’s schedule is described in Jake Tapper’s interview definitely is similar to symptoms of sundowners syndrome.

The idea this insidious syndrome was very evident to others is unfair. Sundowners is real. It requires a diagnosis. There is medication to help and is a part of a dementia of some kind. Whether Former President Biden was properly diagnosed is in question.

I consider the former president to be a very bright man. I also consider him a great patriot. He would not necessarily know what was going on except to reflect on habits of other presidents that even had a bedtime of 9 pm.

So, it must have been confusing to those around him to have a wonderfully cognitive man to work with most of the day until he was fatigued and believed he needed to go to the residence for the evening.

Jake can speak to the purpose of his book himself but I don’t see it as a political book. Not at all. I believe the authors have a topic to speak to including the stress found in the presidency and its effect on the older mind. Also the ability of older presidents to sustain under that stress. Is it fair to the country? Is it fair to the President?

In Jake’s interview he speaks to a specific event where the former president may have had a mental event of sorts. He might have. Whose responsibility is it to speak to elusive events like that?

Also, the televised debate would have fallen into the time frame that Jake Tapper refers to and could be why there appears to be two Bidens. The staff referred to a flu or virus for the President’s poor performance. Considering that I believe they sincerely had a puzzle before them they couldn’t explain.

I sincerely hope the discussion about to emerge surrounding this book will result in a public able to speak to each other about aging elected officials and when to call in professionals to sort things out. Mental health for all presidents is important.

I thank the authors for viewing mental health as a vital part of every President’s health and fitness for the job.

The Holy See

It has a responsibility to The Flock. There was a time when the Pope was respected in regard to the well being of the people by many leaders, not just the Free World leaders. Greed has overtaken morality in the USA as a motivating factor in decision making.

The Holy See must pray and debate among the Cardinals as to building a mitigating authority with countries that are reasonable and trustworthy.

Currently, migration is a gigantic issue for several reasons. As money falls into fewer and fewer hands greed will result in policies that place human beings and Earth at risk for its very existence.

There is also the issue of terrorism migrating with populations at risk. There are underground organizations who view immigration as a means to create instability in otherwise stable governments. The Holy See will have to recognize that fact and attempt interfaith movements that focus on humanity and not the success of those that hate.

Lastly, there is Earth itself. While some silly billionaires would rather see Earth as hopeless and rather fantasize about abandonment for far away worlds, there is no viability of life in those fantasies. That odd thinking is only because Earth’s physics stands in the way of greed.

There are ideas that allowing human beings to die is the way of Earth as God’s creation. That is nonsense. Earth is enormously abundant for all living things when human beings respect The Creation that is Earth.

The Holy See has at its disposable some of the finest minds in the world that views God’s creation as it should. Was it not holy men that discovered bedrock knowledge of the natural world? There is a very long list of these people in the annals of scientific literature.

Why would that be?

Could it be because the sins of man are not the highest priority of men and women of pure faith?

Where are our great spiritual leaders in the world and do they not find a connection with the natural world with respect for it’s beauty, grandeur, and abundance?

I believe much of the immortality of the world is laced with many sins seeking permanence and displacing faith that heals and mends all ills. I believe the Holy See can find the way back to reason and propagate good and benevolent governance for the people that pray for such work by The Church. The voice of The Church needs to be louder than hate and fear. No human being has exclusive rights to survival. It has always been a bedrock belief of all scientific minds that survival of people begins with the survival of all life on Earth.

The United States of America is no longer financially trustworthy.

Moody’s was the last hammer to fall. Basically, while federal spending is necessary for the economy and the country’s reputation there is not enough income.

Just that simple. Republican leadership is irresponsible and willing to risk the USA Constitution and national security rather than asking the wealthy to pay tax revenue. There are several different mechanisms to support current spending but they are abandoned for hardship of the people. Expect more of the same.

Moody’s decision comes after decades of fiscal failure. This is a slide due to decades of failed leadership.

There is no miracle that is going to save the USA from the need for additional income. Raising taxes on the wealthy is absolutely necessary. The Congress needs to get on with it.

Climate?

I told you so.

The question is would Trump be bought by climate organizations and alternate energy companies as he was by IT and petroleum? My guess is probably not.

The thing with climate is that as the global community pushes all the right buttons to reverse this trend the USA Republican policy makers almost appear to be purposely pushing to end any gains. Quite frankly the bad behavior of USA policy makers is criminal and is so egregious it can invite war if other countries are imperiled by it.

The last few days have been nothing but pure devastation across the USA. The death toll is climbing and insurance companies will be going bankrupt because of the enormous property damage. How can an economy continue to operate well if a country’s infrastructure continues to be destroyed? For that reason alone war would probably not cause any more damage.

All those Project 2025 Evangelicals really don’t seem to believe they are to be Shepards of God’s green Earth. Now, do they? They are far more interested in being the serpent in the Garden of Eden. It simply goes to prove they are driven by greed and not faith. Miracles of the return by Jesus Christ won’t be spawned by such sinners who disrespect God’s greatest creation; a common home for living things.

Venezuelans

They should seek shelter in Canada. The Trump administration should provide an opportunity for these special people a timeline to leaving to allow them to seek asylum elsewhere.

They are not criminals. They are no threat to anyone.

Trump is full of hate for anyone but himself. They should leave as soon as possible.

Pope Leo LIV may be helpful in advocating their relocation among free nations. I don’t know if the Vatican infrastructure is organized enough to mitigate humanity on Earth. The Holy See is under threat. The Vatican might find itself a necessary new role in the world and ally with countries who are willing. The USA is suffering a minority full of hate for “the other.” There should be no doubt about that fact.

The United States is no longer spiritually trustworthy under current federal leadership.
